This doppelgänger tape was realized by Carroll for her public presentation: “Possibilities and Inequities: The Ethical Imagination in the Unsuspecting Materials of Policy, Planning, and Radio Frequency as the Work of Art,” for the American Academy in Berlin that took place on March 31, 2016 at the Museum The Kennedys. The president of the Academy, Gerhard Casper made a brief introduction that was followed by the introduction by Professor König, who introduced Carroll.
